Joining PEACH
2010-2011 School Year
PEACH membership runs from June 1st through May 31st of each school year. So now is the time to start thinking about renewing your membership in PEACH.
2010-2011 PEACH Membership Application

- Print the application.
- Fill it out completely. [PLEASE WRITE CLEARLY] Make sure to sign page 2, the Statement of Purpose and Statement of Faith.
- Write out a check to PEACH for the appropriate amount indicated on the application.
- Send your check and completed application to:

Once you have sent your check and application, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your application to be processed.
